β€œHow Training Works at Revel Fit”

Step 1: Start With an Assessment

All new clients begin with aΒ $35 fitness assessment. This one-on-one session allows us to review goals, movement, schedule, and determine the best training approach before starting a program.

Step 2: Choose a Training Package

After your assessment, you’ll select a monthly training package based on your goals and availability. Packages include gym access and fully customized programming.

Monthly Training Packages (Adults)

  • 1 session per week – $260/month
  • 2 sessions per week – $460/month
  • 3 sessions per week – $660/month
  • 4 sessions per week – $840/month

Packages are selected after your assessment to ensure proper fit and scheduling.

Where We Train

Revel fit offers a complete training experience built around your lifestyle. Train in person at Species Gym in Baytown, Texas, Virtually from anywhere, or at home in select areas.

Every client also receives access t the Revel Fit training app, where your workouts, progress tracking, and accountability check-ins stay organized in on place- 24/7.

⭐About Your Trainer

I didn’t grow up as a hardcore athlete. I had a regular childhood β€” track and basketball through middle school, then staying active and mobile through life, motherhood, and everything in between. Fitness was always part of me, even when it wasn’t the main focus.

My true return to structured training began around 2018–2019, when I started rebuilding my strength and reconnecting with my body. In 2021, I earned my first personal training certification through ISSA and worked in a commercial gym setting.

A medical leave later changed everything. I had to relearn my body β€” what helped, what hurt, and what truly healed. That season forced me to slow down, recover intentionally, and rebuild from the inside out. That process became the foundation of my training philosophy.

Revel Fit was born from that transformation.

In 2025, I earned my NASM certification β€” not because my first wasn’t enough, but because I wanted to deepen my expertise and offer a higher level of care.

I'm also an NPC competitor, placing second in my first show in 2023, and I bring honesty, structure, and real accountability to every session.

Fitness isn’t just my career. It’s how I rebuilt myself β€” and now it’s how I help others do the same.
