Varsity Performance at Revel Fit is designed for young athletes who want to build strength, speed, confidence, and discipline—on and off the field.
Every Varsity athlete begins with a Free Discovery Call so we can understand their sport, training history, schedule, and goals. From there, athletes are placed into the appropriate Varsity Performance track based on their season, experience level, and availability.
This system allows us to train smarter, prevent burnout, and support long-term athletic development.
Varsity Training Structure
Athletes train under one Varsity Performance system and select a weekly training frequency:
🟢 Varsity Foundations — 2 Sessions / Week
Best for new athletes, multi-sport participants, and off-season training.
Includes:
• 2 structured training sessions per week
• Strength, coordination, and movement fundamentals
• App-based progress tracking
• Built-in recovery guidance
🔵 Varsity Development — 3 Sessions / Week
Best for athletes building consistency, speed, and conditioning.
Includes:
• 3 progressive training sessions per week
• Strength, agility, and conditioning development
• Performance tracking through the Revel Fit App
• Programmed recovery days
🔴 Varsity Performance — 4 Sessions / Week (Limited Availability)
Best for competitive athletes preparing for peak performance.
Includes:
• 4 high-structure sessions per week
• Performance metrics tracking
• Advanced conditioning and recovery integration
• Capacity-limited for coaching quality
Hybrid Varsity Athlete Program — 12 Weeks
Integrated strength, recovery, and conditioning.
The Hybrid Program combines in-person coaching + app-based training for athletes who need structure, accountability, and flexibility.
Includes:
• 12-week customized hybrid training plan
• In-person sessions + virtual/app-guided workouts
• Strength, conditioning, and recovery built into one system
• Progress tracking, nutrition guidance, and check-ins
